As of August 2007, current legislation in England and Wales require all domestic properties prior to sale have an Energy Performance Assessment.
Only certified Energy Performance Assessors are authorised by law to conduct an Energy Performance Assessment. Current legislation prohibits the sale of domestic properties without a valid Energy Performance Certificate. Energy Performance Assessment legislation will be extended to include rented properties by October 2008.
As qualified Domestic Energy Assessors we are licensed by the Government to conduct assessments and accredit clients with legal certification.
